Eldeco Infrastructure & Properties Ltd. (EIPL) was incorporated in
the year 2000 with a view to professionally undertake real estate
projects. In just over five years it has grown at a remarkable
top-line growth rate of 80% per annum and at present, the company’s
aggregate value of projects in hand stands more than INR 3500 crores.
EIPL is part of the 30 year old Eldeco group the other main company
of which is Eldeco Housing & Industries Ltd (EHIL), which has been a
market leader in real estate development in various towns of UP for
over 30 years. Both the Companies are headed by Mr S.K. Garg as
Chairman and Mr. Pankaj Bajaj as Managing Director.
The key differentiator between Eldeco and other development groups
is it’s sound business philosophy centred on ethics and integrity.
The Company’s business activities rest on positioning of each of the
properties as premium in the segment for which it is proposed, high
quality construction technology and timely delivery. This has helped
EIPL get an ISO 9001 rating and a DR2 rating from ICRA Ltd. (an
associate of Moody's Investors service). The DR2 rating from ICRA
indicates Strong project development capability. The rating also
indicates that the real estate project developed is as per plan and
the ability to transfer ownership as per terms are high. |
