Struggling hard to acquire Haryana Government land at Delhi-Gurgaon border for the construction of India’s biggest toll plaza on the Expressway on NH8, the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) has hit another roadblock. Private land owners have obtained NHAI from acquiring their land for the toll plaza.
