Gurgaon News: As part of its expansion plans in India,
SITEL Corporation — a leading provider of contact centre and back office
services — has set up its fifth contact centre in India in Gurgaon.
Leveraging on the significant talent pool in the capital region, the
centre will initially focus on the financial services and telecom
verticals.
Elaborating on their investment plans in India, Safir Adeni, CEO, SITEL
India said: "We have already invested Rs 100 crore in |

2006-07 and plans to double this investment over the next
18 months."
