Remember, most of the properties available in market are 15% to 30% overpriced. These properties belong to the people those are not in rush or can wait, if you are dealing with any such seller you may end up by paying higher price.
To know the right value of the property it is advisable to hire services of professional evaluator. Price of the property depends on its location, condition of building structure, liabilities on the said property and its maintenance.
Don’t afraid of loosing any deal otherwise you may end-up by paying extra bucks. Little patience and understanding is guarantee of good deal. Don’t forget you have more option than the seller. And to get the right deal you need to find out a Motivated Seller.
But once you get the right property and at right price I will not advise to take any decision without verifying legal and technical issues related to the property, if possible take professional advice. One good purchase is the guarantee of good returns.
