Commenting on the developments in the real estate sector,
Mr. Prem Adip Rishi, Chairman and Managing Director of MVL said, “The

India is emerging as an attractive outsourcing destination to major global
companies around the world in IT and ITES and the real estate sector is
one of the major beneficiaries. Nearly 75% of the commercial demand in the
Gurgaon region is from IT and ITES companies. 20% of Fortune 500 companies
have set up their operational base in Gurgaon. Recognizing the strategic
location and the facilities being offered, a multinational has already
entered into an understanding with MVL to shift their entire operations to
Softech Village.
